Alessandro Ciravegna has 31 years experience in financial markets. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in London and subsequently joined Citigroup in various investment advisory and business management functions in London, Milan, Athens and New York. In 2002, he founded New College Capital Ltd to provide specialist investment advice to European investors.

Lokhi Banerji PhD
PhD Finance, Harvard University
Lokhi Banerji has 30 years experience in financial markets. He began his career at Chase Manhattan Bank where he spent 15 years in foreign exchange and treasury functions including Head of Foreign Exchange Trading and Treasury in Chicago and Tokyo. He subsequently joined Citigroup in London as CPB Treasurer. At Citigroup, he was involved in structuring some of the industry’s first ABS vehicles. In 1998 he joined Pareto Partners where he set up and managed an in-house CDO vehicle.

Milan S. Morjaria

Milan has 25 years experience in financial markets in Europe and Asia. He joined Citibank as a graduate trainee and during his career fulfilled FX and interest rate trading, investment management and business management roles. In 2001 Milan moved to Geneva Switzerland to manage Citigroup’s UHNW and family office franchise. In 2010 Milan founded MSM Investment Advisors S.A. In Geneva to provide financial advisory and investment management services to family offices and institutional investors.

Maurizio Sella
MA Economics, Sapienza University of Rome, Rome
Maurizio has more than 28 years experience in financial markets gained principally while working at Citibank and Julius Baer in London, Rome and Switzerland where he held positions with responsibility for client management and country management. In 2007 Maurizio was one of the founders and assumed the position of CEO of the first peer-to-peer financial institution in Italy. In addtion to his role at New College Capital, Maurizio continues in his role as CEO of Smartika SpA, Italy’s leading peer-to-peer consumer lender.

Alexandros Rammos
BA Business Administration, Webster University, Leiden, Netherlands
Alexandros has 20 years experience in financial markets. In 1990, his family founded Pegasus Securities in Athens, a brokerage company which rose to prominence by eventually becoming one of the largest privately owned retail brokerage houses in Greece with a client base in excess of 55,000. Alexandros worked his way through the company eventually becoming CEO in 2009 until 2011 when he left the company. In 2014 he became Managing Partner of Versal Investment Services, an independent investment advisor in Athens. He joined New College Capital in October 2015 mainly focusing on compliance and business development.

Eva Serrao
Eva has over 23 years extensive corporate operational experience within office, facilities and procurement management as well as being a NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Manager. Before joining New College Capital she worked for T.Rowe Price Investment Management and Barclays Bank Wealth Management where she was Head of Department and held the senior position of Office & Facilities manager helping implement and manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, organisational structure, processes & procedures . Eva is responsible for Operations management, Investor relations, Accounts, HR and Office & Facilities Management.
